In Universal Century 0153, the Zanscare Empire tightens its brutal control over Side 2 and expands its war toward Earth. Thirteen-year-old Uso Ewin, living quietly in Central Europe, is caught in the conflict and discovers a remarkable ability to pilot the League Militaire's Victory Gundam.

Uso enters the resistance hoping to protect his friend Shakti Kareen and find his missing parents, but the battlefield refuses to remain a distant adventure.
