Hello Kitty no Alps no Shoujo Heidi

Heidi, an orphaned girl with a bright spirit, is taken to live with her reclusive grandfather in the Swiss Alps. The old man initially keeps the world at a distance, but Heidi's warmth and curiosity gradually soften him as she falls in love with the mountains, the goats, and her new friend Peter.

Heidi soon discovers that happiness in the Alps does not erase the hardships around her. When she learns about Peter's grandmother and the difficulties she faces, Heidi's instinct to help others becomes part of the simple, compassionate life she is building in her new home.
