Iori and his friends are finally preparing to leave Japan for Palau after the local Dolphin dive shop asks for help with a shortage of staff. A trip that promises spectacular tropical waters and a new chance to dive naturally begins with a chain of problems before they can even board the plane.

Once the group reaches its first overseas destination, the chaos they perfected in Izu follows them without difficulty. Between work, diving, friendships, rivalries, and parties that refuse to stay under control, Iori tries to enjoy a new ocean without drowning in disasters created by his friends or, just as often, by himself.
