Across the Kanto region, fighters from seven rival schools carry sacred Magatama containing the spirits and destinies of warriors from China's Three Kingdoms era. Their old conflicts are reborn in modern Japan, where school supremacy is decided through brutal battles that seem destined to repeat history.

Hakufu Sonsaku arrives at Nanyou Academy with extraordinary fighting talent, very little restraint, and a fate that predicts an early death. Her cousin Koukin Shuuyu tries to protect her while rival schools close in, but Hakufu also carries a violent power within herself that she barely understands. To survive, she must become strong enough not only to defeat her enemies, but to resist the destiny written for her centuries ago.
