Life with Ousai Academy's student council continues beyond the second school year through a collection of everyday situations that Takatoshi Tsuda can never treat as normal school life. Shino, Aria, Suzu, and the others turn meetings, trips, and simple events into a constant stream of jokes, innuendo, and awkward misunderstandings, while Tsuda remains the one person still trying to respond logically.
