A school year passes, but Ousai Academy's student council does not become any more mature. Shino still turns the simplest subject into a dirty joke, Aria has almost no sense of embarrassment, Suzu remains sensitive about her height, and Takatoshi Tsuda continues serving as the only consistently normal reaction to everyone around him.

The circle of chaos expands when his sister Kotomi enters the school and Uomi, the student council president of another academy, becomes more involved alongside other familiar faces. School events, visits, and ordinary meetings remain fuel for rapid misunderstandings and deadpan responses, while the relationships among the characters continue changing slowly beneath all the absurdity.
