Steins;Gate: Kyoukaimenjou no Missing Link - Divide By Zero

Rintarou Okabe fails to save Kurisu Makise and reaches the point where he can no longer endure another attempt. When Suzuha asks him to return once more to the day of Kurisu's death, he refuses, abandoning both the mission to prevent World War III and the theatrical “mad scientist” identity that once defined him.

Mayuri watches him settle into university life and hopes he is healing, but the loss remains beneath the surface. This decision opens a different future, one where Okabe does not reach Steins Gate and must instead live with the consequences of giving up.
