3D Kanojo: Real Girl

Hikari Tsutsui understands fictional girls far better than real people. Bullied for his obsession with anime and games, he is content to keep his social world tiny until a punishment puts him beside Iroha Igarashi, a blunt and beautiful classmate surrounded by rumors about her relationships. Hikari expects trouble and tries to keep his distance.

Iroha does the opposite. She takes an interest in the awkward boy who judges her less than everyone else does, and before Hikari can retreat into the safety of his screen, he is facing the possibility of an actual girlfriend. Dating exposes every weakness he has hidden behind cynicism: jealousy, insecurity, poor communication, and fear of being hurt. For the first time, the "real" world is giving him something he does not want to escape from.
