Durarara!!x2 Shou

Ikebukuro has settled into a strange kind of normality, but the calm is fragile. Celty Sturluson is still being chased by the police, and a large bounty placed on the Headless Rider attracts gangs and opportunists eager to discover who she really is. At the same time, Mikado Ryuugamine meets an underclassman, Aoba Kuronuma, who knows far too much about the Dollars.

A masked attacker nicknamed Hollywood begins committing brutal crimes while old acquaintances and new factions move through the city with their own agendas. As seemingly unrelated incidents begin connecting again, Mikado, Celty and the people around them are pulled toward another chain reaction capable of throwing all of Ikebukuro into chaos.
