Air Gear

Motorized skates known as Air Trecks have swept through Japan and created an underground world of riders called Storm Riders. Itsuki “Ikki” Minami is a reckless street fighter who rarely backs down, but a humiliating defeat at the hands of one gang exposes him to an entire culture that has been racing above his head. When he finds a pair of Air Trecks connected to the legendary Sleeping Forest team, Ikki tries them and discovers the feeling he has always wanted: reaching heights other people cannot. Entering street races and team battles, he begins building a crew and a reputation of his own, with his eyes fixed on a sky he has no intention of leaving to anyone else.
