Yama no Susume: Omoide Present

On the final day of summer vacation, Kokona Aoba hopes to spend time with her mother, but work ruins their plans. Rather than stay disappointed at home, Kokona goes for a walk along familiar streets, where ordinary scenery brings back warm memories of the people and moments she treasures.

Later in autumn, Aoi and Hinata look through keepsakes from their childhood. A small acorn that Aoi has carefully preserved sends Hinata searching through a memory she can no longer clearly recall, bringing an old promise back into focus as the girls reflect on how precious even small moments can become.
