Transformers: Wild King

Optimus Prime follows Megatron to Elementros, a planet whose animal- and dinosaur-shaped Energy Beasts carry five elemental powers: fire, water, earth, nature, and lightning. There he meets Lightlong, a giraffe-type Transformer who introduces him to the planet's strange living energy.

When Megatron attacks, the bond between Optimus and Lightlong awakens a new ability that lets them transform and combine as Wild King. With Optimus joining forces with the animals and Megatron commanding dinosaurs, the elemental power of Elementros becomes the center of a new war.
