Digimon Adventure tri. 5: Kyousei

Meicoomon’s corruption deepens, forcing Meiko to watch helplessly as her partner evolves into the violent Meicrackmon and disappears. The Digital World itself begins reacting to the instability, while Homeostasis makes a chilling decision: Meicoomon must be eliminated before her distortion spreads further into the human world.

Taichi, Yamato, and the other DigiDestined refuse to treat Meicoomon as a disposable threat, but their group is already fracturing under fear, guilt, and conflicting loyalties. As the boundary between both worlds grows increasingly unstable, revelations about Meicoomon’s origin and the intentions of those manipulating the crisis push the friends toward choices that may cost them far more than a single partner.
