After nearly a year at Mihama Academy, Yuuji Kazami decides to seek advancement within the intelligence organization that employs him. His handler, JB, begins reviewing the records of his life to judge whether he is ready, forcing Yuuji to revisit the years that shaped his exceptional skills and the emotional distance he carries with him.

At the same time, the girls at Mihama discover fragments of documents hidden in his room and piece them together. What they learn reveals a childhood marked by family tragedy, exploitation, and survival under brutal circumstances.
