The Neighbors Club continues chasing the ordinary friendships its members somehow never learned to make. Kodaka Hasegawa, Yozora Mikazuki, Sena Kashiwazaki, and the rest spend their days on amusement parks, games, birthdays, and preparations for the school festival, all while new people enter their already chaotic circle.
