Kyoukai no Kanata: Shinonome

Three years before Akihito Kanbara meets Mirai Kuriyama, the Nase family already sees the half-human, half-youmu boy as a dangerous anomaly. Hiroomi Nase is sent to subdue him, and his younger sister Mitsuki insists on following, curious about the target behind the frightening reports.

The siblings' first encounter with Akihito quickly proves that the mission is not as simple as capturing a monster. Other people are searching for him as well, and the clash exposes the strange resilience that makes Akihito both valuable and feared, laying the foundation for the complicated relationships that will later surround him.
