Sidonia no Kishi: Daikyuu Wakusei Seneki

After Sidonia survives a catastrophic encounter with a massive Gauna, Captain Kobayashi seizes greater authority and commits the ship to an aggressive campaign in the Lem system. New long-range weapons offer humanity a chance to strike back, while Tsumugi Shiraui, a powerful human-Gauna chimera, joins the fight despite the fear her existence inspires among many aboard the colony ship.

Nagate Tanikaze quickly forms a bond with Tsumugi, even as he and Izana try to hold on to the small pieces of ordinary life still available to them.
