Synopsis

Neil Bowman is a young demon who loves human culture and is terrible at being evil. Escaping Hell for the human world, he moves into Apartment 1031 on All Saints Street with his online friend Ira Blood, expecting to finally live among ordinary people.

Instead, every roommate is supernatural: Ira is a vampire, Lynn is an angel, Abu is a silent mummy, and Vladimir is a werewolf assigned to watch Neil. Their mismatched household settles into a strange but affectionate routine, unaware that the harmless-looking demon may carry the dormant power of a Demon King.
