JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 3: Stardust Crusaders

Jotaro Kujo locks himself in jail because he believes an evil spirit is possessing him and may hurt the people around him. His grandfather Joseph Joestar explains that the “spirit” is actually a Stand, a supernatural manifestation of its user's will. The sudden awakening of these powers is connected to the return of Dio, the Joestar family's old enemy, but the danger becomes personal when a Stand also appears within Jotaro's mother, Holly, and begins destroying her body. Jotaro and his companions have roughly fifty days to reach Dio in Egypt and kill him before Holly dies. Their journey across half the world becomes a gauntlet of Stand users sent specifically to stop them from reaching Cairo.
