The secret society Eagle Talon operates from a modest office in Kojimachi with ambitions of world domination far greater than its budget or competence. Its plans repeatedly collapse through internal foolishness and the intervention of Deluxe Fighter, a supposed hero whose methods can be nearly as troublesome as the villains he stops.
