Koyomimonogatari

Throughout his school year, Koyomi Araragi keeps getting pulled into smaller mysteries between the major supernatural crises. One day he is examining an unusual shrine, another he is chasing a rumor, and another he is helping a friend with a question that looks trivial until it exposes something deeper. Hitagi, Mayoi, Kanbaru, Nadeko, Shinobu, and others draw him into different problems, teaching him that the town does not need a huge monster to become strange. As the months pass and graduation approaches, these ordinary-looking incidents accumulate in his memory, revealing that the smallest mysteries were quietly tracing a path toward something far more dangerous than he understood while living through them.
