Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica Movie 3: Hangyaku no Monogatari

Madoka, Sayaka, Kyoko, Mami, and Homura live peaceful days in Mitakihara, fighting strange creatures together as though everything that came before somehow ended happily. Homura cannot accept how perfectly arranged that happiness feels, especially when people who should not be present are standing beside them. She begins testing the limits of the city and questioning her own memories, eventually discovering that everyone is trapped inside a reality shaped by a deeply lonely heart. Reaching the truth brings Madoka and Homura back to a point where love and salvation cannot easily coexist. When Homura is finally given a choice, her desire to keep Madoka close proves stronger than the cosmic order built to separate them.
