Maken-Ki!

Takeru Ohyama enrolls at Tenbi Academy believing he has chosen an easygoing school that only recently became co-ed, and he happily imagines a relaxed high school life surrounded by girls. He quickly learns that the students train for combat using Maken, special devices that grant supernatural abilities and turn disputes into real duels.

While trying to discover which Maken suits him, Takeru becomes surrounded by powerful girls connected to him through old memories and increasingly complicated relationships. What began as a search for an enjoyable school life gradually exposes the academy's hidden conflicts and a power within Takeru that he does not yet understand.
