Graduation is over, but Haruka, Makoto, Rin, Sousuke, and their friends still have one final stretch of summer before their paths fully separate. Haruka and Makoto hunt for an apartment in Tokyo, Nitori and Momotarou plan a hot-spring outing, and the remaining Iwatobi swimmers try to make their club appealing to future members.

At the same time, Rin prepares to leave for Australia, prompting both Iwatobi and Samezuka to organize a farewell worthy of the years they have shared. Across four connected stories, ordinary errands and ridiculous plans become a chance for everyone to mark the end of one stage before diving into the next.
