Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 - First Guardian

Now an Enforcer, Teppei Sugou receives an unexpected offer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that could return him to military service. The invitation forces him to revisit his final months as an ace pilot in the National Defense Army, when the classified Operation Foot Stamp sent his unit into a disastrous conflict with the Southeast Asian Union.

Sugou had obeyed orders to withdraw his First Guardian drone after delivering support, leaving soldiers on the ground and later learning that his commander, Itsuki Otomo, was among the dead. Three months after the operation, however, footage appears to show Otomo at the scene of a massacre at the Ministry of Defense. Sugou joins Tomomi Masaoka and Division 01 in the hunt for the apparent terrorist, only to find that the truth behind his old mission reaches far beyond one supposedly dead soldier.
