Psycho-Pass 2

A year and a half into her career as an Inspector, Akane Tsunemori is more experienced and far more aware of the Sibyl System's flaws, yet she continues enforcing the law without surrendering her own judgment. New members join her division, including junior Inspector Mika Shimotsuki, whose faith in Sibyl's verdicts is almost absolute.

A new enemy, Kirito Kamui, appears with the ability to influence people's Crime Coefficients and hide individuals from the system's surveillance, striking at the very method society uses to identify criminals before they act. He leaves behind one question: "WC?" As Akane pursues him, she must test whether Sibyl can even recognize a threat that falls outside its definitions and whether the system is capable of judging itself.
