Psycho-Pass Movie 2: Providence

In 2118, the Peacebreakers, a paramilitary unit that vanished after being officially dissolved five years earlier, suddenly resurface and murder scientist Milcia Stronskaya for classified research tied to the future of the Sibyl System. The crime forces the Public Safety Bureau and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs into an uneasy joint investigation, with each side holding information it would rather keep hidden.

Akane Tsunemori is forced to work again with Shinya Kougami, now back in Japan as an operative under Frederica Hanashiro. Their old tension remains, but the enemy possesses military training and technology capable of pushing the idea of justice beyond Sibyl's control. As the investigation deepens, the case reveals the events that will reshape the positions of Akane, Kougami, and Ginoza before the larger changes waiting for them.
