Yusei Fudo grows up in the neglected Satellite while Neo Domino City celebrates high-speed Riding Duels on motorcycle-like D-Wheels. Two years after former friend Jack Atlas stole Yusei's machine and Stardust Dragon, Yusei finally completes a new D-Wheel and heads for the city to reclaim what was taken.
